T.H.E received First Place Prize in the Design Competition for New Mansoura Compound project by Al Maadi Development.
Al Maadi Development, a real estate company, operates as one of the largest real estate companies in Egypt. It has developments mainly in the Greater Cairo region with recognized projects in Maadi district and others. It has established itself as a leader in the real estate industry.
The company intended to develop its new project in New Mansoura City on approximately 60 feddans (252,000 sq.m.). It will be a new residential community that includes villas, apartment buildings and other services like retail, offices, club house and a mosque.
Al Maadi Development appointed T.H.E to provide consultancy services for master plan detailed design, permit package residential types and other buildings design package.
New Mansoura City is one of the cities affiliated to the New Urban Communities Authority. It was built according to the republican decree of 2017 to be create a new urban community. The city is located in the middle of the governorates of Dakahlia, Kafr El Sheikh and Damietta and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea for a length of 15 km.
New Mansoura City occupies an area of 4,000 feddans with investments of more than 60 billion Egyptian pounds. It is planned to accommodate more than 1.5 million people. The first phase of the project represents 40% of the total area (25,000 housing units).
The city will include different types of housing from tourists residential areas, villas and middle-class and social housing. It is characterized by special features, represented in unique highs, designs, colors, roads and infrastructure with highest qualities. Touristic hotels will serve the city visitors with the aim of medical tourism.
