Kureimat

The electric Authority of Upper Egypt intended to provide the electric power plant in Kureimat with housing colony for its workers and engineers. The project includes three types of apartment buildings, a shopping center mosque, a social club, nursing school, small hotel for visitors, and a primary school.

The project is self-efficient in amenities, infrastructure, and facilities. The site is about 100 acres 60 mile south of Cairo. It is composed of 60 apartment buildings each is 5 story with 10 apartments. Building types match different needs of the inhabitants and within their affordable limits.
