Ain Al Zieyna

The concept is based on creating multi commercial zones across in various proposed zone in various locations. A botanical garden and existing natural vegetation are proposed to be located in one zone to surround the entertainment activities. One of the most important components is the bodies of water, they are classified to two main categories: lagoon and beach. The lagoon area is serving the residential activities, and the shore is serving the touristic & recreational activities.
