Ahmed Abdel Rahim is a highly experienced civil engineer with a proven track record in site supervision and project management. With nearly three decades in the industry, he has played a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of numerous large-scale projects, establishing himself as a trusted leader in the field.
A graduate of Cairo University with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (1995), Ahmed began his career as a Site Engineer, working with leading Egyptian construction firms. His early experience in site operations provided him with a strong foundation in quality control, project coordination, and construction management. In 2000, he joined the Construction & Development Company (C.D.C) Dorra, where he spent five years as Project Controls Manager, refining his expertise in project planning, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
Seeking new challenges, Abdel Rahim joined T.H.E in 2005 as a Construction Project Manager, bringing with him extensive knowledge of site operations, quality assurance, and project execution. His ability to manage complex projects, oversee on-site operations, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety quickly distinguished him as a key player within the firm. Recognizing his leadership and expertise, T.H.E appointed him Head of the Site Supervision Department in 2010, a role he continues to hold with distinction.
In this position, Ahmed is responsible for overseeing construction activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, regulatory requirements, and strict quality control measures. His project portfolio includes high-profile developments such as Shifaa Al Orman Hospital in Luxor, Nile Badrawi Hospital, Badr University, Nahda University in Beni Suef, and VISA Egypt HQ. His strategic approach to site management and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in delivering projects on schedule and within budget, reinforcing T.H.E’s reputation for engineering excellence.
