Nancy El Sayed, B.Sc., PMP

Nancy El Sayed has been a dedicated member of T.H.E for over a decade, establishing herself as a reliable and respected leader within the firm. Known for her meticulous approach and commitment to excellence, she has played a key role in optimizing tendering processes, contract negotiations, and cost management, making her an invaluable asset to the company.

A graduate of Banha University with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (2005), Nancy began her career at Nabcontract for Engineers and Contractors before joining T.H.E in 2008 as a Technical Office Engineer. From the outset, she demonstrated a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and problem-solving ability, earning rapid recognition within the firm. In pursuit of further qualifications, she completed a Project Management course at the American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2010, equipping her with the skills to handle large-scale projects and complex contract management. Her dedication and drive led to her promotion to Senior Technical Office Engineer and later Technical Office Manager in 2014.

In 2016, Nancy was appointed Head of the Tendering & Contracts Department, where she has since been responsible for overseeing the firm’s tendering process, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring project compliance with budget and quality standards. She has successfully led tendering efforts for major projects, including Azad Views, Darna 41, Shifaa Al Orman Hospital in Luxor, 10 Bostan st., Badr University, and HSBC School, reinforcing T.H.E’s reputation for delivering high-profile developments. Her strategic mindset and deep industry knowledge allow her to navigate complex procurement processes while ensuring operational efficiency.

Beyond her technical expertise, Nancy is widely recognized for her leadership and mentorship skills, fostering an environment of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Under her leadership, the Tendering & Contracts Department has enhanced its efficiency, streamlined workflows, and strengthened relationships with clients and stakeholders. She is committed to sharing her knowledge with her team, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills needed to meet industry demands and maintain T.H.E’s high standards.
