EMAK Sport Town

The purpose of the project was creating a social, athletic and touristic development to initiate an urban growth at Marsa Alam. The design emphasized the social, environmental and topographic values, emerging from the relationship between context and different activities of the community.

The project consists of marina, beach, football stadium, tennis ans squash courts, covered hall, hotel, clinics and health center, commercial center, administration and service buildings, food court, mosques, playgrounds, swimming pools, parking areas and residential zones.
