Trio Gardens

Trio Gardens is the first architectural breakthrough creation for gated communities in New Cairo. The project has been master planned where 75% is dedicated to greenery, while villas are built over 25% of the total land area.

This verdant landscape and community comprise a cluster of complexes, a set of three villas per complex, each with a dedicated entry point and a private garden.
