The project is self-sufficient in amenities, infrastructure and facilities. The site is located 480 km south of Cairo. It is composed of 60 apartment buildings each includes 5 stories, containing 10 apartments. Building types are designed to suit different needs of the inhabitants and within their affordable limits.

The project includes a shopping center for everyday consumption goods, a mosque for everyday prayers and Friday congressional, a six-classroom nursery, a twelve-classroom primary school sufficient for the neighborhood children, a 50-room three star hotel, and a sporting club with all facilities appropriate to the community including swimming pools, several courts and a club house.
