Administration building, owned by Oncology Institute Fellow Association, consists of a ground floor and 4 floors each of 423 square meters area. The upper floor houses a conference space with secretarial pools, annexed to an exclusive office space for H.E. Egypt’s first lady Mrs. Suzan Mubarak.

The lower levels consist of open office spaces, divided by light demountable partition systems as required; all with amenity services such as stores and archive rooms.
