10 Bostan st. Building

T.H.E was appointed to carry out the renovation of 10 Bostan st. building, located in the historic area of Cairo Downtown, next to Egyptian Diplomatic Club. The project is a part of National Organization for Urban Harmony plan. Our task is to restore the building facade, preserving the original style, reconstruct the whole building structure with new functions, including interior.
The building consists of basement, ground and 3 floors. It is intended to be a business hub with shops and office spaces.
