The project subject is about evaluation of the company’s fixed assets at its premises in Nobaria (km 75 on the Alexandria – Cairo Desert Road) including Buildings, Machinery, Vehicles and transport fleet.
Buildings evaluated by this study comprised all buildings fully owned by the company; either existing structures, under construction or subject to retrofitting and upgrade. The factory for dairy products and juice processing made a substantial part of this evaluation task.
Evaluation included the existing Utility networks (Water treatment plants, drainage network, road network, fences and gates).
