Narmer American College

The project is located in newest development “Bloomfield’s” at Mostakbal City, New Cairo. It was created under the idea of a ‘College Town’ and its early vision was seen as a key  and central hub for young innovators, thinkers and doers, students, families, and retirees. With a 90-acre educational district consisting of Global  University School, dorms,  residential use in conjunction with commercial areas, retail areas integrated with mixed use buildings, over and  above several international schools. 

NAC School contains a gross area of approximately 53,000 sq.m. (42,783 net sq. m.) with allowable buildings footprint is 30% and the allowable BUA is (B+G+2 floors).
