Sultana Land

This project is a commercial project located in Al Madina Al Monawarah, Saudi Arabia with an area 19,055 square meters which consists of two main components; a strip mall and a three star hotel. The strip mall only holds small shops and two anchor stores are at the far end of the project in which they enclose a public plaza which opens towards the main elevation from Sultana Road. The hotel is designed to house the people traveling for Hajj and Umra and visiting the Al Masjid Al Nabawi offering 160 rooms with different types for couples and families. The project can be either accessed from either the main drop off by Sultana Road or the underground garage below providing space for 133 cars to serve the public visitors efficiently and hotel residents as well.
