The project is located in an Egyptian town in the Nile delta that belongs to Gharbia governorate. It is across the Nile from Mit Ghamr city of Ad Daqahliyah governorate.
The project starts by analyzing the site extensively from macro-scale to micro-scale analysis in order to understand the site’s constraints, limitations and the possibilities. From this analysis, the methodology was formalized in order to come up with three design alternatives, where they were combined to form the best design alternative to reach the maximum built-up area in the given footprint.
