Canal Walk Island

The 205 feddan land plot is strategically located in the most prime location in West Cairo. This mixed used development will include two 45-story rise towers, hospital, clinic building, school, retail, offices, entertainment space, as we as a luxury residential complex. 75% of the land plot will be allocated for commercial development and 25% for residential development. T.H.E was assigned to produce the design of MEP works for the water canals.
