Since 1977, T.H.E. Inc. has been providing the Middle East Region with professional services in the fields of architecture, planning and civil engineering. The objectives of the firm were broadened to provide their high standards of A & E services and state-of-the-art research in planning and architecture to both the United States construction and professional firms and the Middle East markets. To support this international objective, a branch office in Los Angeles, CA, USA was established in 1988 to bridge these regions and cultures.
T.H.E. Inc. enjoyed a broad experience of projects in architecture and civil engineering. The firm extended their services to include urban planning and construction management. There is great pride in our experience of conducting a wide variety of projects with the highest standards of professionalism.
The three partners earned their architecture and civil engineering degrees from Cairo University. In addition, Engineer Essam Fathy has an advanced degree in Construction Management from the American University in Cairo. Tarik and Hisham Fathy received their Doctorates in Planning from the University of Southern California, USA.
T.H.E. Inc. accommodates wide and diverse clientele base in Egypt, the Middle East, and in the United States of America including public agencies, governmental bodies, development companies, private business, and individuals to encompass and manifest their entire projects objectives.
In 2007 T.H.E. Inc. established its Grade “A” branch office in Doha, Qatar, to respond to increasing number of development projects in this ambitious country. A series of Coast Garol marinas through Asghal were designed and into construction. Several recreational and national parks are among our recent activities. Joint-Venture relationships became evident with renowned international firms to provide our governmental and public sector clientele with the state-of-the-art professional engineering services.
T.H.E Inc. has been awarded many honors and certifications for broadly deployed practice at United States, Egypt and the Middle East throughout the past 40 years since its inception in 1977. Furthermore, the principals are involved, being a part of every public realm, engineering and architectural societies, and accreditation bodies.
